Trump signs legislation to support Hong Kong Protesters
US President Donald Trump signed a congressional bill to support Hong Kong protesters despite Beijing's objections. The US Congress passed a second bill banning the export of crowd control ammunitions to Hong Kong police such as tear gas, pepper spray, rubber bullets and stun guns. Trump's aides say whether the president's support could undermine efforts to reach a temporary trade deal with China and most of them eventually recommended signing to show support for protesters. If Trump chooses to veto it, Endodontic two-thirds of the votes in the Senate and the House of Representatives Legislation will automatically become law on Dec. 3 Trump if he chooses not to do anything.
